Defendant was indicted for burglary in the second degree, criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree and grand larceny in the third degree. Pursuant to a negotiated plea agreement, the burglary charge was dismissed, defendant pleaded guilty to the latter two charges and County Court imposed two consecutive terms of incarceration of 2 to 4 years.
