WHICHARD, Justice.

Defendant was convicted of the first degree murder of Byron Roger Wallace and sentenced to life imprisonment. He was also convicted of robbing Wallace with a dangerous weapon, but the trial court merged the conviction in the robbery case with that in the murder case. We find no prejudicial error.
