Randy Lee was convicted in a jury trial of six counts of delivery of a controlled substance in violation of § 35-7-1031(a)(ii), W.S. 1977, and sentenced to one to three years on each count with the sentences to run consecutively; thus a total sentence of six to eighteen years.
