Jaubert, United Services Automobile Association (USAA), Jaubert's insurer, and Allstate Insurance Company (Allstate), the Soileaus' uninsured motorist carrier, seeking damages for injuries allegedly sustained by Donald Soileau when the car he was driving was rear-ended by an automobile driven by Jaubert.
