Davis, his medical assistant, Lucille Boudreaux (hereafter Mrs. Boudreaux), Texada, Miller, Masterson & Davis Clinic (hereafter Texada Clinic), the medical association which hired Mrs. Boudreaux, and their insurer, St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Company.
