This is a partition suit in which the defendant claims the entire title to the exclusion of the plaintiffs by oral gift, adverse possession, prescription, laches, and payment of taxes for 20 years. The Trial Judge rejected defendant's exclusive claim, but awarded defendant a lien upon the proceeds of the partition sale to reimburse him for taxes and improvements...
