Tara Hills Condominium Association (Tara Hills) sued its condominium developer, Gaughan Land, Inc. (GLI), alleging several violations of the disclosure requirements of Minnesota's Uniform Condominium Act (Act). See Minn.Stat. §§ 515A.1-101 to 4-118 (1980).
