This appeal emanates from a bench trial conducted in the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Ohio, Division of Domestic Relations, on the plaintiff's (Mrs. Kahn's) complaint for divorce from the defendant (Dr. Kahn). Said divorce was granted by the trial court and such grant is not an issue in this appeal. Defendant asserts four assignments of error dealing with the division of property and the award of alimony in the decree.
