The two questions presented are: 1) whether the statute of limitations in an action for false light invasion of privacy is the one year limitation period prescribed for libel and slander actions pursuant to 12 O.S. 1981 § 95 (Fourth), or if because the cause of action is an unenumerated tort, the two year limitation period contained in 12 O.S. 1981 § 95 (Third) governs; and 2) whether mere negligence...
