OPINION

WOODS, P.J.

Enid Shapero (or appellant) appeals from a judgment in favor of Melvyn B. Fliegel (or respondent) arising from an order granting Fliegel's motion for summary judgment in a legal malpractice action.1 The motion was granted on the ground that the action was barred by the applicable statute of limitations. We affirm.
