The Government defendants — the Department of Education, the Federal Communications Commission, the Department of Health and Human Services, and the Attorney General — appeal an award of $484,901.50 in attorney's fees to plaintiffs' counsel under provisions of the Rehabilitation Act and the Equal Access to Justice Act.
