In these consolidated appeals we review Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6) dismissals of complaints filed by Steven Labov and John Campbell, former employees of the Sheriff's Office of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, alleging a conspiracy, in violation of the Constitution and laws of the United States, to deprive the plaintiffs of certain property and liberty interests.
