The plaintiff, Fred Gayden, instituted this suit in his capacity as the qualified tutor of his minor child, Frederick Ballard, to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by the child while attending a birthday party at McDonald's Restaurant in Monroe, Louisiana. McDonald's Corporation and the franchise owner, Golden Foods, Inc., were made defendants. Plaintiff appeals a judgment rejecting his demands rendered pursuant to a jury verdict...
