We originally issued an opinion in this case on January 16, 1987. Jostens, Inc. v. CNA Ins./Continental Casualty Company, 399 N.W.2d 551 (Minn.1987). On petition for rehearing, we withdraw that opinion and substitute this opinion. CNA Insurance/Continental Casualty Company (CNA) appeals from a decision of the Court of Appeals which affirmed the trial court's decision that CNA is liable under the terms of "umbrella excess liability" insurance...
