Donald Fink, an Arkansas prisoner, appeals from the District Court's dismissal of his 28 U.S.C. § 2254 petition for a writ of habeas corpus. His petition alleged ineffective assistance of counsel, citing a number of instances in which he claimed his trial counsel was ineffective.
