STOKER, Judge.
The defendant, Anthony Paul Bellard, was indicted by a grand jury for aggravated rape; the charge was later reduced to molestation of a juvenile, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:81.2. On June 25, 1986 defendant was found guilty by a jury, and on September 3, 1986 he was sentenced to five years at hard labor.
