Thompson brings this action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 alleging that his parole agent and the agent's supervisor conspired to have him arrested for a crime he did not commit. It is undisputed that Thompson was arrested on September 6, 1984, and that his parole was revoked on October 30, 1984 because of the alleged offense.
