Defendants Dennis J. Regan, Mariko Regan, Omega Research and Development, D.J. Regan, Inc. and Ion Fabrications, Inc. (defendants) move the court, pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b), for an order dismissing the amended complaint on the grounds that 1) plaintiffs have failed to state a claim upon which relief can be granted; and 2) plaintiffs have not established personal jurisdiction over Dennis J.
