Plaintiff, Harry LeBlanc, while in the employ of the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) was injured on August 31, 1981 when a truck owned by his employer rolled over his right foot.

Plaintiff was paid compensation benefits at the rate of $97.00 per week, which was stipulated to be a proper amount, from September 1, 1981 through September 21, 1981, and from August 12, 1982 through September 22, 1982. Medical bills totalling...
