Leinwand ("Leinwand"), counsel to Robert Nemiroff ("Nemiroff"), shareholder of Nine Associates ("Debtor"), together with Nemiroff appeals as insufficient the Bankruptcy Court's opinion and order granting in part and denying in part his application for compensation and reimbursement of expenses pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 503 (b)(3)(d) and 503(d)(4).
