For committing the delinquent act of assault and battery upon a minor, Gloria T. was adjudicated a delinquent child by the Circuit Court for Cecil County (Wilcox, J.) sitting as a juvenile court. The court conducted a disposition hearing and committed appellant to the custody of the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene for an appropriate residential placement.
