HECHT, Justice.
In a separate published opinion we overruled Edwards Transfer Company, Inc.'s third point of error and sustained its fourth point of error. For the reasons stated in that opinion we have concluded that the judgment of the district court must be reversed and the case remanded for further proceedings. To assist in such proceedings and to fulfill our responsibility to the parties, Tex.R.App.P. 90(a), we address Edwards' 21 other points of error.
