Through the services of her attorney, Frederick J. Daley of the Chicago bar, plaintiff sought judicial review pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 405(g), 1383(c)(3), of an administrative decision denying her disability benefits. That decision was reversed and upon remand she recovered $10,947 disability insurance benefits ("DIB") under Title II of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. §§ 401-433) and $1,343 in supplemental security income...
