THOMAS, Justice.

The jury found appellant guilty of burglary of a habitation and sentenced him to sixty years' confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections. In four points of error, appellant urges that: the trial court erred in allowing a juror to sit whom the defense had intended to strike; the evidence was insufficient to support the conviction; and that the trial court erred when it instructed the jury as to the existence and possible effects of the law...
