Economu appeals from the judgment of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, Nevas, J., granting the defendants' motion for summary judgment upon a finding that the ERISA plan administrators did not act arbitrarily and capriciously in determining Economu's pension plan vesting rights, 662 F.Supp. 1047.
