BENTON, Judge.

Chae Pok Edwards appeals from an order of the circuit court terminating her residual parental rights pursuant to Code § 16.1-283(B).1 Because we conclude that the trial court's findings are not supported by clear and convincing evidence, we reverse its decision and remand the case.
