This is an appeal from a conviction for theft. We affirm.
On February 21, 1984, an employee of AAMCO Transmissions opened a savings account for AAMCO at Rose Capitol Bank in Tyler. On the same date, Annette Geter, appellant, opened a checking account at the bank.
