Plaintiffs Adele and Gary Dale claim that defendants City of Chicago Heights and four municipal officers violated the Civil Rights Act of 1866 and 1871, 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981, 1982, 1983, 1985(3) and state common law. This court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1343(a)(1), (3), (4), and pendent jurisdiction. Defendants have moved to dismiss Counts I, II, VII, VIII, and IX of the complaint...
