Motor Cars, Inc. and Michael Azran for personal injuries and loss of consortium resulting from a collision between Velma Childers' vehicle and the Ferrari driven by Azran and owned by F. A. F. Motor Cars. The jury returned a verdict in favor of the Childers for $148,563.20 and judgment was entered on the verdict after the subtraction of personal injury protection benefits.
