This is a suit for worker's compensation brought by Ralph Bourgeois (hereinafter Plaintiff) against his statutory employer, Houma General Painting & Waterproofing Company (hereinafter Employer), and its worker's compensation insurer, General Accident Insurance Company (hereinafter Insurer), as the result of an accident which happened on September 13, 1982.
