The plaintiff was involved in a two car collision. His car crossed the center line of the roadway, striking a car being driven in the opposite direction, thereby killing two of that car's occupants. After a hearing, pursuant to General Statutes § 14-111 (c),1 the plaintiff was found to have caused or contributed to the deaths, and the defendant commissioner of motor vehicles...
