This is a suit to recover damages for a gunshot injury as a result of an altercation which occurred at Benny's Tea Room in Shreveport, Louisiana. The plaintiff is Samuel Harris and the defendants are Stafford Pineset and his homeowners insurer, Republic Underwriters Insurance Company.
