This is a domestic relations case.

The trial court modified the divorce decree with respect to alimony due to the wife from the husband. The husband appeals and the wife cross appeals. We affirm.

The husband and wife were divorced in 1978. In May 1982 they both agreed to modify the original divorce decree and the court then adopted the agreement. In October 1985 the wife filed a contempt citation against the husband for failure to pay...
