This appeal of a judgment of copyright infringement asks the musical question whether it is as true in 1986 as it was in 1942 that "we ... just need a nickel to feed that jukebox Saturday night"?1 The district court answered this question in the negative, finding that the cost of operating a jukebox that is the sole source of music in a roller-skating rink now also includes the obligation of the defendants...
