This appeal is from the probate court's order awarding fees to the appellee, Farmers Bank and Trust Co., and its attorneys. The fees were for work by the bank and the attorneys during a fourteen-month period when the bank was serving as administrator in succession of the estate of Elizabeth Bowden. The appellants are beneficiaries named in Elizabeth Bowden's will. The court once held the will was invalid...
