C. § 1738, requires federal courts as well as state courts to give state judicial proceedings "the same full faith and credit . . . as they have by law or usage in the courts of such State . . . from which they are taken." The Anti-Injunction Act, 28 U. S. C. § 2283, generally prohibits a federal court from granting an injunction to stay proceedings in a state court...
