OPINION

FOLEY, Judge.

Lowell L. Edlund appeals from a judgment of dissolution, claiming an abuse of discretion in the trial court's division of homestead property and in its award of temporary maintenance and attorney's fees to Andrea M. Tennis. We affirm in part, reverse in part and remand.
