This appeal arises from a civil antitrust suit brought by the Government against the Archer-Daniels-Midland Company (ADM) and Nabisco Brands, Inc. (Nabisco). ADM and Nabisco moved for dismissal, or for alternative relief, on the ground that the Government violated Fed.R.Crim.P. 6(e), the rule protecting the secrecy of grand jury proceedings.
