On appeal, the defendant claims that the trial court erred (1) in denying the defendant's motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict on the ground that there was insufficient evidence to sustain it as to the negligence count of the plaintiffs' complaint and (2) in denying the defendant's motion to set aside the verdict, also on the ground...
