OPINION

COHEN, Justice.

Mullane sued Walsh for personal injuries sustained in a 1984 automobile accident, and the court awarded her a judgment of $405,720.90, in accordance with the jury's verdict. We reverse the judgment, because the court erroneously allowed a key fact witness to testify, despite the fact that Mullane failed to name the witness in response to Walsh's interrogatory seeking discovery of persons...
