NEWMAN, Judge.

Defendant appeals his convictions for manslaughter, felony murder and robbery in the first degree. We affirm.

On the morning of November 29, 1983, police found the body of Ted Lotze in his residence in Lake Oswego. He had been beaten, tied, and gagged and had died of asphyxiation during the previous night.
