This is an appeal from a judgment non obstante veredicto in a legal malpractice case.

Appellant Yvonne Willis filed a malpractice suit against her divorce attorney, appellee Chilton Maverick. The suit stemmed from Maverick's representation of both Mrs. Willis and her ex-husband in their divorce proceedings. The Mavericks and Willises were apparently good friends, and when marital discord surfaced in the Willis household, Maverick agreed to draft...
