KOONTZ, Chief Judge.

Appellant was convicted of violating Code § 18.2-187.11 and raises two issues on this appeal. First, he contends that the prosecution of this charge was barred by the statute of limitations. Second, he contends that the evidence was insufficient to support the conviction. We find for the Commonwealth on both issues, and affirm.
