Donald Robert Lyons, defendant in the trial court, has appealed the judgment taken against him by Stephen Ayala and wife, Karen Margaret Ayala, growing out of a personal injury case. Lyons is appealing only that part of the judgment which allowed prejudgment interest to run from a date six months after the happening of the accident out of which this case arose.
