The issue in this original mandamus proceeding is whether certain medical records allegedly pertaining to psychological treatment received by relator are privileged. Relator, Shawn T. Johnson, sued Steve Williamson for damages arising out of a motor vehicle collision that allegedly occurred on February 3, 1984.
