OPINION

HARBISON, Justice.

Appellant was convicted of murder in the first degree as a result of the deliberate and planned shooting of his estranged wife. He was sentenced to death by electrocution. We affirm the judgment and the sentence.

There is very little dispute as to the material facts in this case. Appellant does not question the sufficiency of the evidence of his guilt of murder in the first degree. He shot his wife four times with a pump...
