Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

Viewing the evidence in the light most favorable to the People (see, People v Malizia, 62 N.Y.2d 755, cert denied 469 U.S. 932) the evidence adduced at trial proved, beyond a reasonable doubt, the defendant's guilt of robbery in the first degree and burglary in the first degree.

We reject the defendant's contention that it was error to admit into evidence testimony...
