This is an appeal from a judgment entered against appellant (defendant below) in which the trial court awarded appellee (plaintiff below) $645,552.00 for injuries sustained during an explosion at appellant's petroleum plant. The award of damages followed an earlier entry by the trial court of an interlocutory default judgment against appellant because of appellant's egregious conduct and repeated abuses of the discovery...
