The debtor, Chattanooga Wholesale Antiques, filed a chapter 11 bankruptcy petition and had a plan of reorganization confirmed, but was unable to complete the plan. The case was converted from chapter 11 to a chapter 7 liquidation. The plaintiff was appointed trustee in bankruptcy. He seeks to recover payments that the debtor made to the defendant, Rossville Bank, both before the debtor filed its chapter 11 petition...
