Respondent Norwest Bank East St. Paul (Bank) brought this action to enforce a mortgage agreement it had with appellants John and Janet Larson. The trial court granted summary judgment in favor of the Bank. The mortgaged property was sold in a foreclosure sale and a deficiency judgment was entered against the Larsons for $46,588.
